The Four Immeasurables of Vajrana

The four immeasurables are loving kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. They are these four avenues of feeling our connection with all in a genuine way. And it's based on the fact that we already are connected. Actually, it's just we're so distracted with this surface level of the waves that we it looks like we're separate. Yet, if we were truly separate, why is it that when I talk about something that's sad, you know, and really kind of heartrending, I could have tears in my eyes? Why is that? If we're not connected.
