I think it's a dying trend right now. From what I'm seeing out here in Seattle, you don't see that many crossfit facilities anymore. You're training at a high athlete level, 365 days a year when most athletes have an off season. And your results are only going to go so far. Or you're just going to regress back to for one being in pain because your body, your body biome mechanically can't tolerate that stuff.
