You Don't Want to Add More Chaos, Right?

If your parents were emotionally absent or in chaos, we unconsciously learn to avoid conflict and be as easy as possible. This is actually a beautiful coping mechanism. And if we don't heal that, which most of us don't, we go into adulthood repeating the same patterns. We basically end up like little kids, but in adulthood with these patterns that are completely fucking us over.
