The Importance of Positivity in Sport

I've always been really passionate about people having a positive experience in sport but also having the chance to do to develop whatever they capable. I think once you start you can't stop um and I remember explicitly sitting in class and Ian Rancher was my lecturer who used the idea of how many muscles that we need in our arm to pick up a cup where we have no idea how full it is. It's moments like that where I think wow if we approached everything with that perspective wouldn't the world?
