Having No Experience in the Travel Industry
We have no travel industry experience, other than going on some incredible trips. So we started partnering with tour operators mid 20 18 to build the market place for supply and working with these incredible tour operators. It's funny, ats like it would be nice to have known something about the industry, but not knowing any better, you also sort of invented a better business model. And then we brought in someone with travel industry experience to help us build out the supply side of things for scale.
