The Rolf Institute and the Rolfer Technique

Rebecca Lee-Sach is an Alexander teacher and a Rolfer in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. She says we all come to life with an inbuilt preference. We have the FM Alexander's and the Fred Astairers of the world. And we have the Ida Rolfes and the Gene Kelly's who are just more oriented to feeling their weight and their sense of grounding.
