I do a lot to maintain the place that I'm at now one of them is the relationship that I'm in. I live and breathe by my routines I wake up every single day and I do a guided meditation on YouTube usually about a 10-minute you know guided meditation sending positive energy for the day that really helps me out. I have three journals which I know sounds excessive but it really works for me two of the journals are super short and I think are accessible to anyone and I love them so they are five-year journals basically what we're doing today.
