Engaging in the Community Is a Numbers Game

In some scenarios leadership is bought in, but employees are not. And so those are certainly characteristics or defining factors of whether this thing can succeed. It gets difficult if you have to convince huge swaths of the employee population that it's important. You don't want engaging in the community authentically to be a side hustle.
