i'm actually really bad about being consistent about taking supplements. The likelihood that i'm hitting all my mi nutrient targets is probably not likely. I like to have a lean sources of protein saved in the fridge, like chicken breast shredded in the fridge. And what i do, i can throw salt soot on it, which adds negligible amount of calories and i can snack on that. At this point, a shake is like a treat, very easy protein. They're tasty when you're diting like this. So i totally agree with you. We didn't go into specifics about how to cut, how many cowards coter. It's 20 per cents kind of high. 15 %
