And then sort of by chance I rolled into a project where the product they were using was a next best offer or next best action tooling. It was using some sort of fancy Bayesian bandit out with them under the hood. The best way to minimize call handling time is to hang up the phone and not sell anything.
How does one build a strong culture of experimentation at an organization (and what does that even mean)?
