i think technology affords a lot. So for example, using geogibra or mathematica to bypas computation. Many students have been very unhappy with not understanding concepts. And i've had students coming from that approach to a more analytic approach. But in my opinion, it it's something that actually integrates the point of view what computational soft work can do. It's a non problem, so we should definitely integrate but with very careful attention to the depth and rigor that's needed to understand the concepts.
