The point of our to-do list is to give ourselves something to work with when we're planning. Just because I can jam more stuff into my calendar doesn't mean it's a good idea. Not getting to everything is an incredibly valuable data point for us. So cut down on the plan for the day, give yourself the breathing room to complete the things you really want to complete.
