What Is Hedonic Happiness?
I was really glad that you fleshed out that dimension of happiness. Because that's something that I had often wondered about, you know, there's this, this claim we often hear about achievements or certain changes in life might temporarily raise your happiness but they don't lead to any kind of long, like an enduring increase in happiness. And yeah, it's true. It wasn't like on a day to day basis, I was like, we like so much happier than, than before. But there was a sense of what I'm glad that I did those things. and there is a sense of satisfaction.
