The book was designed to just expose these impact ready positions, how you would brace yourself in a fall. It is two point, the minimum dose response in the hip, which is the most important place for bone density. So why would we work out with a static weight? And then so that's where I came up with the title weightlifting as a waste of time and started kind of tinkering with the book.
