Zac: There's, there's some really good breathing techniques that we can do. The breathing pattern that i like to use would be longer. And a, you know, another cool little trick you can do as once you get used to that, you can lay on the ground till you're prone again,. and you have a, you kno crocodile breathing position where your belly's against the ground. But when you're cinchingyour belly button away from the tennis ball, then it's a big difference in understanding the mechanics of all this awesome esand equipment.
