What Are the Expectations of a Group Leader?
All of our run leaders are self selected. We don't ask that you're qualified in anything. So it's where it's peer support, and we don't expect one person to be more qualified than the rest for difficult conversations. And te with like england athletic qualifications is it's o k w, we're going for a group run. You know, it's everyone's on the same page. But i'm quite strict about them being weekly.
