The Importance of Insulin in Fitness

Insulin is a hormone. It's produced by a gland in one of our body parts to really affect the functions of other organs and issues throughout the body. When insulin levels are high after a meal, it inhibits the breakdown of fat or fat burning because it's stimulating the creation of body fat. And we've covered this just so many times, right? Insulin triggersfat storage, but it does not make you make you obese. Not a bad thing about insulin. The one thing that talks about no carbs through the freaking ground if your insulin levels are too low,. Right? Overeating over consuming calories doesn't cause fat gain. Over-exercising can lead to weight gain
