Dopemin Is All About Motivation
Anxiety and excitement both share the same neuro chemical make up, some cuartisol, some gludomate. And so you can manually recalebrate your thoughts, think in a different direction to generate more dopmin from those thoughts. But there's no point in just changing the thoughts if you don't follow up with actions. So i was working on myself talk around how i discuss finances. Turned out my situation wasn't nearly as bad as i thought it was because i was catastrophizing things.
