How Do You Use Altitude Training?

We use altitude training quite extensively and obviously it is to increase the hemoglobin mass in the body. For every gram of mass we are able to increase the blood or hemoglobin with it basically means 1.34 millilitre extra of oxygen that's just how many how many oxygen molecules you can carry per hemoglobin but we use that quite a lot this year. We're probably closer to i think we must be closer to six months actually let's say 5 five months let's say five to be on a safe side but it's it's pretty this year it's been pretty It will be at the end of the year pretty close to to five six months i would say and so feel free
