Compassionate Letter Writing

For different people self, compassion will look completely differently. There's going to be a unique aproach for them. The last ten years of my life hase been spent primarily on developing ways to teach people how to be self assiona. It's not enough just to know that it helps. People need to learn how to do it. We develop the mindful self compassion programme. And we have thirty seven different practices in there. These practices are really different. So we do have that compassionate letter writing. But i guess, what are the different ways? Is it always e voice, or can there be other ways in which we can profess this?
