How to Prevent Injury Presentation

Triathletes and endurance athletes get injured all the time. It's never just due to one factor or one thing, it's multi factorial in what we say is the atology of the injury. Training error always starts with a training error because you can't get a run, swim or bike injury if you're not run, Swim or Bike in. Mechanics, their tissue capacity or strength, their tolerance, their physiology are also factors that need to be considered when looking at someone's injury presentation. And then, of course, you've also got the psycho, social or psychological influences.
