How to Use the Book to Change Your Work

I wonder if the book in itself is more of a discussion starter and then you're gonna use a whole load of things that you can talk about after reading the book. We've been giving workshops around the book for about six months now I'm doing one tomorrow here in New York where it's interesting to see the kinds of development that people go through with the exercises that we give them. It does push them into a space they probably never would have gone to before but then they have to sort of bring that back to the reality of technology and their bosses or clients so we don't know how those exercises have you know what they've become.
