Not directly as long as you're replenishing the amount of fluid you're losing and the amount of sodium, you know, electrolytes that you're losing. There isn't no, there isn't a drawback to it directly from being more heat adapted. However, the process of heat adaptation, yes, there that will blunt like the effect of your training that you're getting.
