I wake up, I immediately do this active breathing, and then I immediately go to the gym. The active breathing thing is really cool. It's like a lower belly inhale, a chest inhale, an out. And it actually moves energies. So you do that, then you do exercise. Mary Oliver: We all spend so much time worrying about how does it look? How does this fit? What do people think?
