In my youth direct direct sales in the home of encyclopedia and vacuum cleaners and cookware and so forth was a much bigger thing that that it is today although all but the encyclopedia industry does live on. It's because somebody was able to successfully de-commoditize those commoditized products. And if you want pots and pans and you walk into a Target store, you got a vast array of pots and pans for a whole lot less than $600 to $800 a set,. same with knives.
