I think this change with COVID moved these call centers and contact centers ahead by 10 years. I don't think any of them would have ever thought it was possible or that they ever would have wanted to move remote. And there's just a lot of inertia to these kinds of changes. The pandemic just changed that completely, right? So overnight, you had to either make deals while you had or figure out a better way.
