There's something, to me, easier to drop into flow when i'm doing something physical. I think sports and pursuits like crossfeet, where you've kind of externalized the thinking brain to the coach. It's inherently fulfilling because you get out of your head for forty five minutes or 60 minutes of the dayabsolutely. And some people sitting down just writing. Ah, i think that part of that, the physicality part, ah, is also because you're an athlete, and because you inherently, ah, enjoy it. Whereas somebody else is getting off the couch for the first time, theyre tryingn't to do something physical, and their inner voice is just screaming at them
