I wait for the customer to tell us how much to make. One year we'll grow 3%. Another year we'll growing 20%. It's not this smooth curve like public companies who have to grow 15% exactly every single year or else their stock goes down. There's two kinds of growth, one where you grow stronger and one you grow fat. You've got to look off at that growing fat thing.
