The Importance of Animal Welfare

My goal is very much to reduce the suffering of animals. I think there's often a pretty small trade off to ensure that those animals don't need to suffer in the way they are currently. We've just modified several of my relatives that are listening that now know that their hunting will not be taken away from them. And in fact, they might be more ethical than me, the city slicker that's eating a hamburger on a regular basis.
