Cancer - What Is the Pain?

When you know it's cancer, suddenly everything is worse. The pain keeps going up and up and up to the point that very often when I tell that story, I tell people on a scale of one to 10, when 10, you have so much pain that you just kill yourself. So for three days, I really went deep inside myself. I slept myself in the face, kicked myself in the butt and I told myself, this cancer is not gonna kill me. And I never called it my cancer. I call it the cancer or this cancer, it's not mine. I wanna get rid of it. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. My food may be your medicine

Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.

In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
