Breathing has been around for probably thousands of years. It's a meditation, a technology that's been around for a thousand years. Wim haf built a more modern artifice around thisr technique to cure auto immune diseases like diabedes and impasima or even blunt force trauma such as head injuries. And what's so great about seeing wim hoff is he's having these controlled studies over and over in that this incredible transformation takes place in the body by just breathing. But then you look at the data... it sounds like pseudo-science but i think there are some real benefits here.
