Deep Vision Is a Weapon Against Pandemics

i admire usa i d, which is dedicated to economic development and human flourishing in poorer countries. But after many hours of researching this i believe that most of its agenda is appallingly misguided. Some very smart and ethical people sincerely think this is a great idea - but it doesn't mean they're not smart and ethical. And as you'll here, the other side sincerely sees deep vision as an invaluable weapon against pandemics. I'm going to present all of the best arguments i've heard or thought of myself in favor of deep vision.
