How Much Time Do You Need in a Day?

I always talk to people about time in versus time out. Time in is focusing on yourself and your feelings. That would be journalling, meditating, walking, a therapy. Time out is where screen time falls in, right? So, and sometimes you need a time out. Just ask yourself how you feel like. If you want to be on enstrogram for an hour, just say, before you get on instprogram, i'm feeling sad. And then get on instagram for an hour. Like that counts.
