I'm just curious to know how like your days revolves or how you choose your exercise based on days. How do you alternate strength with flexibility? It's just a fascinating topic. So I like to do weight training to sometimes three days a week and mostly what I do is like a full body type of program. Deadlifts, squats, overhead process, just like the basic stuff.
