The Nelson-Sivan tastes absolutely the least bitter to me. I don't get anywhere near the bittering in my palate. Now this is very interesting because we spend so much time just fixated on IBUs and predicting IBUs ... And if these lab results are correct and I can't, I mean these people do this for a living. So do we? Well, not in the same way but they know what they're doing.
