Niacin by far definitely had a negative impact on my sleep. methyl, like if I take methyl folate at night B12, I haven't noticed any of them in the morning impacting my sleep. It's not likely that all the B vitamins, I've mega-dosed each B vitamin on its own every, you know, every single one of them. Did any of them have a negative effect on your sleep at all?
