Performance Psychology in a Music Degree
There's actually a lot of performance psychology in a music degree without it being explicit. I didn't know there were techniques that would help performers and negotiate like pre-performance anxiety or something like this so yeah that was one thought that I had but I didn't realize that that would be related to performance ecology necessarily. The MSC taught me about shared mental models in non-classical musicians which is kind of how I then ended up in performance ecology, says the violinist.
