How to Achieve Better Mind State
There's a tremendous number of different ways and kinds of modes of achieving these better mind states. How, how is a person to navigate through there? How, how they start? They say they always come home from work or, you know, finish their day of zooms at work in, you know,. a red to yellow state. So one is certain we can talk about top down strategies changing how we are our beliefs of stress and mindset. But let me just mention one that I know you use a lot Liz, which is change the scene.
