How to Reset Your Nervous System

Coffee and spiritual practice is to show the brain how to return to calm and socially engaged when we're safe. Exhalations are parasympathetic as well as size, our hums can activate the vagus nerve and restore us to a non anxious state so going, a hum. Another way to calm ourselves is to titrate move slower.
