What Is It About Your Agency Culture?
Adam and Eve d b are used to a fairly loose internal approach. We have a very healthy culture of honesty and challenge internally, where people will ask you to explain why a thing is a good idea. I think just because we embrace messiness doesn't mean all logic goes out the window. And i think it means understanding that that is often where ideas come from but they are built and engineered into something that makes sense.
