How to Scale a Business
I definitely underestimated how difficult it is to scale a business. I'd say now, knowing what I know, I could have saved myself a lot of advertising dollars. We are actually still selling roofing insulation. It's usually just kind of on a as needed basis for recurring customers. One challenge actually that came up right after our interview was one of my suppliers in Washington State dropped us. And so, Washington was a big state for us and that completely withered up for about seven months.
