I was expressing to him that this is why I like to do the top tier training the way I do because it blows my mind how even some really good kind of coaches and trainers will do these cut and paste programs. It's a constant living breathing thing that moves and flows. Let's say you hit an injury on Monday we got to start reprogramming come Tuesday. If you're not interested in the top tier that's another good reason to maybe join on the other tier so they can get access to stuff like that just a little bit more in-depth show notes.
