If you assume that all of your beliefs are true, then all of a sudden you're like, oh, wait, here's a person who sees things differently from me. So being able to get out of that is a huge part of problem solving. There are really undervalued ways to ask people about what they want and how they see the world. If somebody else's room doesn't mean I'll get it, right? You know, exactly.
