Recovery is the most important concept in sports performance literature. Most people, if they're utilizing the performance frequency sets, that's really to help prime the pump and get them ready from a cellular level. Many of those athletes will do the recovery and do it again before sleep. But there are some who just will do it before sleep because for them all about my recovery during sleep.
