Cultivate self-compassion by treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding you extend to your dear friends,. Then take a moment and connect with that dear friend because once again, we need each other. Seek support in community. Connect with like-minded individuals who understand your struggles and can provide support. When we decline love and care, we create distance between ourselves and the people we love. And when we allow love in, we deepen our loving. It's a gift to the universe.
