Intermittent Fasting Could Help You Burn More Fat

Intermittent fasting may help you selectively burn fat and conversely retain lean muscle. We had previously found that if you put patients in a respiratory chamber and they do early time restricted eating, they actually burn more fat over a 24 hour period. And we saw this sort of 12 hour period at nighttime where they're burning considerably more fat than they would otherwise.
