The Importance of Vulnerability in the Learning Culture
Learning culture to me is that there's a spirit of vulnerability in the organization. Vulnerability probably encompasses a bunch of those like I've sort of gone into maybe a level below that but vulnerability is probably one of like the cornerstone pieces of it so I love the call out. We can do deeper in that because when I also think about a learning culture, Andrew, I'll put my seller hat here on the willingness for a seller to carve out that time to practice to apply what they have learned. That is a hallmark of the learning culture as well.
