A lot of people are under the impression that an increase in blood pressure with fluid administration indicates fluid responsiveness. So when we say respond, you we mean increase cardiac output to increased profusion. And then that is a responder, that is someone who o's a fluid responser. The kind of traditional emuni i think you probably and i both were taught at a time when we were told, look, use the four, two one rule to calculate a fluid deficit.
