Coaching - Playing Around With the Information

Mastery within the human mind comes through experimentation. To be a chef that creates dishes, you have to play around with stuff. In coaching it so it's not about treating a diagnosis or anything like that. We challenge people's assumptions and we get them to reflect on their life. If your coach pushes you, what happens when you get pushed? A lot of people will dig their heels in. But when you create that vacuum of space, the client will step forward and do it right.
