In this episode, Fergus is joined by Lewis Robling, former professional rugby player, turned ultra runner and coach. 

Lewis shares his experience of professional sport, the highs and lows, and the mental struggles when he eventually had to leave the game. Lewis goes onto explain the immense value and freedom he has found in ultra running and why he thinks they are so helpful for people in everyday life.
